some more information.. the native had been successful in career but is struggling now & also is suffering from a brain disorder which is incurable, troublesome & may be terminal..

married , has a son as well

Yes, seems to be a difficult case. It may get worse in Saturn dasa. Take
treatment and recite Mahamrityunjaya.
