Please begin with fasting on Thursdays. This would need to be carried
out for your lifetime.
Try to remain in gentle environments. Avoid arguments, any situation
that gets you emotionally excited and lose control.
Think gentle thoughts. Read books, watch movies and television
programs that do not have violence, fighting, arguments, anything
that makes you upset.
Scriptures and self-help books generally tend to be gentle and refine
the inner spirit.
Avoid all intoxicants and foods and drinks that excite you.
Even if you may feel at times that internet provides entertainment,
even astrology and occult forums, please try to avoid those as much
as possible.
As far as astrological reasons are concerned, I did provide those in
my first posting. However, it was not simple enough for easy
comprehension. Don't worry about it. You need coming to terms with
emotions and old hurts, as you described in another message.
Astrological reasoning will not help you at this time and state.
When your soul has quietened down and gets into the perceptive frame
of mind, things will begin to sink in better.
If you have any bhakti towards Sai awatars (Shirdi or Satya Sai Baba)
then think of Them and seek their blessings. It will help.
