Validity of Birth chart after Death

Respected Members/Guru Ji's,

What is the validity of a birth chart after native's death.My
question is in the context of the validity of different dashas after
natives death.

The main purpose of the posting is to know whether the chart is
applicable to predict certain events about the native even after the
natives death.Like if we take the example of prominent freedom
fighters they are enjoying the fame even after death.This fame also
differs from person to person & from time to time.Mohandas
karamchand Gandhi is remembered every year by more then billion
people.Where as Mangal pandey is not remembered every year.But if we
take the recent film by ketan mehta again people remembered him.Is
this due to the transit of planets with respect to his natal
chart.Any research in this area..? Or should we conclude this fame,
right from the native's chart that the native is going to be famous
and remembered even after death for number of decades.

What are the main planets,houses,Divisional charts to guaze the
fame/famous about the native.

mr bush certainly will be forgottan right after he leave office
thats why history books are ful of famous as well as notorious
leader it is two side of same coin
