by Saturn and saturn/rahu/mercury evils are finsihed by Mangal,
mangal/rahu/saturn/mercury evils finsihed by Jupiter and

these evils finsished by sun....

The following can be found in Jataka Parijata. When Sun and Moon are in
strength, they have the power to encompass most evils.
In Narada Samhita, it also states that they give strength in the last
portion. Sun also has strength in the 1st drekkana together with Mars.

Dear Richa,

A more thorough picture can be revealed in the navamsa. Success also comes
along with Jupiter whose best friend is the Sun.
Jupiter in strength blesses one with the three things one wishes for in
life: wealth, progeny and happiness.
However, if you really think over this, that statement also tells you about
planets when they are in yuti. It also gives a hint where remedial measures
in mantras or gemstones are concerned.

I am living example of Strength of Moon & Sun. Moon is in Vargottama in Uchhcha
Rashi having gained Simhasana amsa and placed in Rohini (own nakshatra) with
good shadbala.
and Sun is uchhcha & placed in Krittika nakshatra with good shadbala and is also
AK exchanged houses with Jupiter in D9.

hence Sun & moon has almost nullified many evils of my chart.

hope this can help in judging correctness of that sutra which you were asking &
swee has replied.

Dear Brother Pathak Ji and Respected Guru Swee Ji, Namaskar....
Thanxs for sharing this basic but strong points. Now I come to know
one factor, that Traditional Pandit ask if a man's time of birth is
unknown so he ask for date and see only planet position and see
which planet is exalted/debilited and which planet with whom. After
seein this he can reavel that a man would how much success. SUppose
if he find some planets yuti and exaltation he can predict w/o
knowing his lagna...I think Basic is this that he sees where is sun
where is moon and what is the position of other planet and can
redict a lot......
Swee Sir You are correct the more picture is revealed with navamsa
and I can understand on the base of it we can search remedial
methods..
Pathak Bhhya I can understand that this is basic but very essential
point For seeing a kundali.....Am I right???
