9th (gemini) lord mercury
10th (cancer) lord moon
11th (leo) lord sun

are placed in 11th bhava.

what may be the result of this?

purely based on the facts you gave :
the conjunction of a kendra lord(Mo) and Kona Lord
(Me) is a Rajayoga and happening in 11th house
together with Su in his own house. The raja yoga is
strong and in the house of 11th will indicate strong
gains made by you during their periods. Probably you
will also have lots of friends. another quick one.
youe A10 is in 12th indicating your work place must be
involved in some export oriented activities or a multi
national organization.and since it is Mercury it must
be some trading business and as it is in 11th you will
gain from it.
