Let me share some of my observations and understanding with you……

Firstly, a wholistic approach would be beneficial, and hence the
entire chart (date of birth, location of birth and time of birth) can
offer more.

Rahu does not follow the natural order of the Sun. Hence, both the
Karmic Nodes Rahu and Ketu are retrograde in their motion.

Progressing Jupiter, yes, it appears to be in the 8th House, as you
stated. Jupiter remains in a sign for 12 months.

Planets have Rashi (sign) and Graha (desire) aspects (Drishti).
Saturn has a 100% planetary aspect on the 3rd, 7th and 10th House
from where it sits. So yes, Saturn is aspecting your 9th House.

An exchange (Parivartan) takes on the role of the planets. Its like
patting each other on the back. Saturn will act like Venus, and vice
versa when the appropriate time comes. Has the exchange happened?
Which Dasa system are you considering?

Regarding Sarpa Dosha, 3 or more classified malefics in Quadrants
(Houses 1, 4, 7 and 10) cause this. I do not see this in your natal
chart.

Ketu is Scorpio's Co-Lord. Likewise, Aquarius is Co-Lorded by both
Saturn and Rahu. So yes – one could consider an exchange between
Jupiter and Ketu.

In what way are you classifying Jupiter as a Malefic?

The 9th House is the one that guides / protects the Lagna. You can
extend this to other Houses as well.

For spiritual development, I would consider MokshaKarak Ketu. It sits
with your Arudha Lagna (AL).

Besides this, Jaimini states that Rahu in the 12th or 7th from the AL
indicates a spiritual being. This is in your chart.

Tension is a state of the manas or Mind. If you notice, Saturn is
transitting Gemini at the moment. Your Natal Moon (for the mind) is
in Pisces. Both these signs are dual in nature and hence there is a
Rashi aspect taking place.

Furthermore, as written above, Saturn has a 100% Graha aspect to the
10th from it. These are the reasons why your mindframe has been
delicate.

Saturn and the Moon are opposite in elements. One with more light,
the other in the element of the shadows. One closer to the Sun,
moving quickly, the other further, more cool and taking its time to
go about its orbit.

Saturn is also naturally opposed to your Lagna Lord Mars. Hence, its
lessons or progress may not come in a manner you expect. Saturn does
help grow, though, as it aspects some of the Upachayas (Houses of
Growth). The 10th Houe is one such house.

Subjective –
Ketu is the Headless one, having no Graha Drishti. Hence, one can
feel frustrated under its influence. Which way should I go? Should it
be at this pace? Should I do more? It causes one to "wiggle about"
and there is less satisfaction materially. It does, on the other hand
give us a more spiritual direction, and leads one to question more…

What remedies are you looking for? Before one offers some guidance /
remedies, it helps to pinpoint the area of concern. You've hinted at
a delicate mind set and hence, I observed what is happening with
Saturn, based on the information you have given to this list. If this
is the area of concern, consider appeasing Saturn (Shani Gayatri,
perhaps…..?).

Dear Respected Guruji,
Will someone please tell me how will be ketu dasha for mesha lagna
person (ketu 9th house ,mercury 9th house) both retrogate and being
17 degrees apart. 9th house second lord is ketu ,am i correct . My
jupitor is in 8th house ? 9th house is ascpeted by saturn from 7th
house .My age is 21 .

9-mer(retro) .ketu(17 degrees apart)
10-sun,venus(16 degrees apart)

There is a privartana Yoga Saturn(capricorn lord)<--> Venus(libra
lord) . Will Saturn work as Venus in it's dasha and vice-versa. Are
these planets making Sarpa Dosha. The other Ketu(can it be considered
as scorpio lord ) <--> Jupitor(Sagittarius lord) exchange.
Ketu is moreover in House of jupitor ,jupitor in friendly sign
but in 8th house. should ketu dasha be considered as jupitor dasha
(still the remedies to be done according to ketu) .Is it making
jupitor as malefic? Being 9th lord jupitor is auspicious for Aries
lagna.
will it cause spiritual development , foreign travels/ part time
project job etc ) ,tensions(ketu causes these things) . Please can u
give me some idea.
