I am posting a reply that I received from Shri Chandrashekharji.

Check up his birth details. The end of lagna is 5'24" away from change of
Ascendant. This means time difference of some seconds could mean changed Lagna.
He appears to be a Taurus ascendant person. In that case the marriage delay is
right. Ask whether father passed away during Moon- Rahu or Jup. Ketu in 2nd can
give problems in studies. He does have siblings I presume.

My decision to stay with Aries based on my association of the physical
