retrograde debilitated Saturn in 12th house, also Yogakara. I'm confused.

Hello Narasimha and all.

Let me first express my gratitude for this wonderful forum. I don't
think a better discussion could exist anywhere.

I have a intermediate level question. An answer to this question will
not only benefit me, but will also may be valuable to the discuss
community as a whole, so I hope someone will give it a look. I have
read Narasimha's superb book, but still can't apply all of the
concepts to my satisfaction.

Here are the facts:
(10/05/1969 8:16 p.m. Stamford, CT (73 W 32' 21", 41 N 03,12"))

1. Natal Saturn (malefic) debilitated and retrograde in 12th Aries.
2. Saturn is Yogakaraka for my Taurus lagna.
3. Transiting Saturn has just recently gone direct and will be going
forward soon.
4. Saturn matures in my 36th years i.e. age 35 (?)

My question is how do I balance these factors to be able to make some
judgements about:

1. 9 & 10th house matters (ruled by Saturn)
2. Saturn antardasas
3. Saturn transits generally
