generally nice placement for spirutual growth but it all depends on
ur lagna, placements of other palnets.better u go for google search
for articles on this.no one here is going to answer such
questions.because all are intrested in advanced astrological concepts.

rahu in 6th is good & ketu in 12 th is good ....orther factors are also to be
considered....
Yudisthira & akrura so called ajatha shatru had these combinations....
