Gaja Kesari Yoga
Myself and some of my friends have this yoga, which is said to
be highly beneficial during Chandra Dasa/Guru Bukti and Guru
Dasa/Chandra Bukti. Having experienced neither, I cannot comment
on this.
However, I have noticed one thing in people with Gaja Kesari
Yoga - mental resilience. They are able to overcome many a
mental anguish, rationalize away their pain, and go on.
