Hi Surya,
Mangal is referred as a planet with lot of courage,
strength and anger. And that is the reason why people having Mangalik
Dosha are advised to marry ones having the same dosha. It is pretty
reasonable and logical. A person having a Mangalik dosha can marry a
person with same dosha but i dont think there are any rules where
person having Mangal in 7 have to marry a person with Mangal in 1.
Possibly in your sis case family astrologer must be referring to a
Guna Milap also. As that also forms one of the aspects once a
Mangalik dosha is negated by marrying a Mangalik person.
If anyone can support the above theory( person having Mangal in 7
have to marry a person with Mangal in 1), they are most welcome.
