Allow me to share some of my understanding, though the request was directed
toward Visti.

No – there is no “curse” **because** of a Graha Malika Yoga.
[By the way, approx. 2min. 25 seconds moves your rashi rising to Capricorn,
instead of Aquarius. Are you sure of birth details?]

Venus (Shukra) does receive the graha drishti of Rahu and Saturn (Shani).

Venus (Shukra) also receives the rashi drishti of Mars (Mangal) and Saturn
(Shani).

You have correctly determined the day of fasting for the Upa Pada.

Do you see any curse because of this GMY ? I am fasting on Tuesdays
