I guess you've 8l in lagna, which can't be all good. Ju is deb and vargottama too :\
A good thing is that your 10l is exalted albeit in 6h from 10h but Ma is awfully placed.
You're virtually running the 8th lord's dasa right now.
Can say a bit more, I guess, when you hand the chart itself.
Do you have a lisp or feel tongue-tied at times, by any chance?
