Dear Sateesh,

I have a close friend, Cancer rising, with this very exchange, in the
9th and 11th houses. She is very fortunate with regards to money, and
friends.

The Pisces placement does come to play however. She also is something
of a spendthrift, and can be quite careless about money....natural
12th house matters (Pisces)?

I know your system of astrology doesnot give that much importance to
non-MTs, but I have found them working very when in Parivartana.

I think Kundalika is spot on here . I have also seen this to be a wealth
producing combination
