I haven't heard anything from you about my inital response to your query.
In the meantime, I was looking at this chart again and was struck by a few
relevant things. You asked about emotional nature. At first, I didn't see
anything noteworthy so I said nothing about it. Now, I realize there are a
couple of navamsha-rashi contacts that likely manifest. For emotions and
life in general (esp since Moon here is lagnesh), look at Moon's position
in 2nd house. There isn't anything remarkable there about being in Leo. A
certain outwardness of emotions, "performing" if you will, etc. But notice
that position of Ketu in navamsha(21Le56) is less than two degrees from
Moon's rashi position. This is important. The emotions now have a
strangeness to them, an unpredictability even. The unbound quality of Ketu
makes for difficulty with Leo Moon. Histrionics is one possiblity. One the
upside, real psychic ability and intuition may be present. Also rashi
Uranus (21Vi13) is conjunct navamsha position of Moon(21Vi47). This
further lends an air of flightiness or unpredictability to emotions.
Perhaps even an instability to the whole person.

You mentioned sexual temperment and I noted the Venus/Mars conjunction in
the 12th. That sexualizes things somewhat. What's more, though, is that
navamsha Venus(6Cp02) is conjunct Rahu in rashi(5Cp46). This is a very
strong, and at times, twisted view of sex, I would argue. Venus is
quincunx Neptune in the rashi chart, so this is a further affliction of
Venus which makes it difficult to distinguish fact from fiction in matters
of love. She may have been betrayed in love, or she not have clear moral
guidelines in matters of the heart. Indeed, and I hesitate to say this, but
numerous texts refer to an afflicted Venus in the 12th as begin the
signature of a sex worker. Given everything else in the chart, I think
this is a distinct possibility. Perhaps the absence of heavy affliction to
the 7L Saturn has helped her avoid this fate. The karaka of morality,
Jupiter, is closely afflicted by Mars.
