Post Help with web design

Hello.

Nice site design. Okay, I need your help.
So, I wanna make personal site, and I am looking for site template.
Can you suggest some online place or other resource where I can find many site templates?

It would be better if it will be free
I think many of us have personal sites, do you design it yourself?

Default Look into php

For my purpose, I design sites myself using ASP.Net. I choose code-behind language as C#. You can design good sites using ASP.Net provided you have good knowledge of .Net programming. However, if you want to quickly design web-pages without manually writing source codes, then look into php.

Haribol Bill this depends on what webspace you have, php compatible or just html?
Many devotees are posting their texts at places like http://www.terapad.com/ , http://www.blogger.com where you dont need webmaster knowledge. Free webtemplates you find be googling on opensource templates http://www.oswd.org/
