Sri: Srimathe Ramanujaya Nama: A devotee asked Bhattar "Why does Andal use the word 'yamunaith thuRaivan' to refer to Krishna in the fifth pasuram of Thiruppavai, instead of using His name?" Bhattar replied "Due to the fear that Kamsa would cause harm to Krishna if His name is said out loud, Andal is covering up His name, like one would do with someone in hiding".
