Could people please introduce themselves before posting to this list.( I had
done mine early on)
Of course vegetarians also get diseases, but mostly cancer is at much less
risk especially colon cancer and few other cancers for vegetarians.
Milk is an animal product, but one doesnot have to kill an animal to obtain
it. Also I have been told by many learned people that eating meat does
increse rajo guna,and so does few vegetables.
