Just wanted to let all our dear bhagavat bhandhus know
what we did for His Holiness Chicago program. It is our
humble request to the organizers of San Francisco,
Houston, Dallas, UK, France and Switzerland to create a
similar Feedback Form suited according to the needs of
respective places and devotees.

We made a small "Feedback from" which looked somewhat like this:

feedback form. The Questions will be answered by
His Holiness Jeeyar Swamiji Himself!

If so what is the most convenient time for you over the weekend?
