We can follow the saundaryalahari 'japo jalpah silpam' which equates the talking
to the japam , hand movements as mudras.walking as pradakshina, eating as
offering food into the fire, sleeping as namaskaram and all worldly experiences
as from Her. this is easy to say but hard to put into practice. The same idea is
also in the Bhavanopanisat and the prayoga by Bhaskararaya where all movements
are put as araadana (sixteen uapacaras) of the Devi. pl. do look into the above
to get ur doubts cleared and contact for any firther doubts to be clarified.
