Default Meditation on Chakras - 03-04-2006, 01:49 AM
Pranams to all.

I am a new member to this forum. My name is Manoharan and staying at Pune. I
read Lalita Sahashranamam daily. I am also interested to meditate. Please help
me, Rajeshwari iyer or somebody how to meditate on 7 Chakras. For your kind
information, I have started practicing yoga now.
