Amy\'s Vegetarian Frozen Foods
Yesterday I just bought my first try of Amy's vegetarian frozen foods. Sometime back I had posted an article about them (a long time ago) about how they had started their company and turned it into a multi-million dollar business (I want to say like $80 million per year, but I don't recall the exact number). Anyways, I bought some thinking it would save me time cooking. Its a little on the expensive side but it specifically says it has no meat, fish, poultry, or eggs. It tastes very good.
