Sankalp procedure::

Take some water in your right palm, and say thus - "Myself (name) son of (father's name) am performing (Sadhana name) on (date) at (time) at (name of place) to (purpose eg. to get riddance from diseases, etc). May I be successful by the divine grace of revered Gurudev. " Then, let the water flow onto the ground. This is a basic agreement between you and Divine done in the presence of natural element (water) to attain success in Sadhana. You should do this on the first day of Sadhana. There is no need to repeat it after that. This is called Sankalp.

When mala is not there ::
just take sankalp & say i would be reciting "practicular mantra" for 15 mins/30 mins, etc

When yantra is not there::
No issues. Still u can use mantras. Increase the quantity of mantra.

Please help me. I lost my job last year in April. How much ever i try i am still not able to find a job. Now there are no vendor calls or interview calls. I live in the US and going through severe financial trouble. My dad is old and has retired. I want to earn and help my family. When will i be able to find a job? Dear Dhruvbhura ji,

I was wearing a Neelam about 2 years ago when i got into a fight with my manager and left the job at a good company (this happened in 2-3 months of wearing neelam which i took out eventually). I have not been able to prepare myself for a new job. when I tried last year things looked hopeful but i didn't get the job finally and instead got married.
NowI am desperately looking for a job and I feel less confident, it's hard for me to concentrate on preparation for interviews. I have changed many jobs since graduation and now I am sick of instability in my career. My relationship with others have become tense and bitter due to my frustrations.

Will i have a stable career? What should I wear/do/worship or chant to make my prospects of a good job brighter in near future?
