Surya meditation Vs. Surya Namaskar
Surya meditation and Surya Namaskar both are for health. As per my experience the former is much more effective than the latter. What is your experience please. regards |

Meditaion is the second stage, earlier this comes the Mantra Chanting after the initiation from a capable Guru. Consult any senior, loyal, devoted Gurubhais from Sadgurudev's time. Gurudev's life is full of mysteries, though he apppointed an heir away from the crowd... ...in different phenomena...very few knew it...still the way world is seeing is too true but there's only one person who can reach us to siddhashram, no one else in whole earth. regards |
