Kundlini jagran sadhna


In the life where external beauty is requires same it requires to
have internal beauty.
If we say that it is require having internal beauty for the
external, it will be better.
Therefore it is necessary for sadhak that he knows the procedure to
touch the internal body. If sadhak is not able to touch it, how can
he make a beauty of that? The whole spiritual subject is related to
this internal beauty. There are many ways of yoga, many from
meditation, sadhnas haves it's various parts but in each wing it
requires that in the body of sadhak the activity have been started
of the life activation of the kundlini.

For this sadhna sadhak should have the copper "kundlini jagran
yantra" and "shatchakra rosary". This one day sadhana can be started
from any morning in between 5am to 6 am .cloths; asana either should
be yellow or white in colour, sit facing north. Do poojan of yantra
with rice and white sandalwood and chant 11 rosary of this mantra.

Mantra: - "OM SHRIM KUL KUNDILNYE NAMAH"

If sadhak continue the same sequence for next 21 days it is better.
After completion of the sadhana all sadhana material should be
placed in river.
