Hi Ged,

if you are just beginner, try with AUM mantra
AUM is easy to pronounce as well as it is really strong mantra....

so please start with AUM and later on you can go for Guru diksha. Gurudev can give you GURU MANTRA. But meanwhile AUM will improve your ability to take GURUDIKSHA and GURUMANTRA

Hi Vikram,

In how many days should we complete the 1.25 lakhs of Guru Mantra japa. Can we do the daily numbers in two sittings i mean say maybe 25 rounds in the morning and 25 rounds at night. Any specific day/time to start the anushtan?? Please clarify.

Regards
Thirumalesh

Hi Thirumalesh,

Yes, you can do daily numbers in two sittings, time and number of rounds
should be fixed for all daiys. Any time which is convenient to you, you can
choose it. Generally you can complete 1.25 lakhs of any mantra japa in
11,21 or 40 days.

Regards

Vikram
