Dear all Gurubhai

I have come accross a hectic incidance that i want to forget but i
could not can you please give some ideas or method to me so that i
over come to this proble. CAN THIS PROBLEM SOLVE THOUGH HYPNOTISM.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT. I AM IN HYPER DEPRESSION.

Guru Ki Kripa Aparampar!!

Dear Brother to overcome depression, please do the
following. This helps tremendously.

Take some water in a small vessel and put some grams
in it and also some raisins...offer it to Lord
Hanuman. Recite Bajrang Baan and keep that offering
there in front of Lord Hanuman. Do this in the
morning. Now again in the evening repeat the same
process and again make offering, but do take morning's
offering as parshad. Keep doing this for 7 days....
offer in the evening take it in the morning.....offer
in the mornign take it in the evenign and so on for 7
days.....Never ever shall you be depressed in
life......Have 1001% faith in Gurudev...in Lord
Bajrang bali. Leave all ur tensions to Him. He will
take care very well. Leave not even 0.1% for urself.
For if you leave that much also .....then sorry no
profit.

You neeed to surrender 100% not a fraction less.

first step is stop saying that ur depressed.as i see it it is
termite which is making u hollow.calling urself hyper depressed
again and again is a sort of self hypnosis.

get up early in the morning ..say 4.00 am.do some jogging and
stretching exersice.if u have a walkman play guru bhajans when u go
for a walk.this will make ur cells absorb more and more prana from
bramhamuhurtha.
