need a job urgent

i need one powerful sadhana to get a job.
i have taken guru deeksha.
but nowadays i cant perform sadhana properly.
bcoz im staying hostel.which is dirty& not peaceful.
so i can chant only mantras.
if anybody has solution.
help me.
