JAI GURDEV. HELP ME PLEASE!

Dear friends,

JAI GURUDEV
I am a dikshit disciple of my beloved and revered gurudev. I
consider myself very lucky to become the disciple of the incarnation
of shiva himself. I am very much interested in performing otherwise
mysterious and amazing sadhanas. But due to some problem or the
other I have to ocassionaly dispose of my planned sadhanas. Anyway I
am too much interested to find out the amazing mysterious herbs which
sadgurudev has described in his book " KUNDALINI YATRA- MULADHAR SE
SAHASTRAR TAK" and me too was unbeleivably excited to find out the
miracles that can be done with this herbs. In the second lesson of
the book gurudev has described a preparation to increase the height
of an individuals body in just 10 – 15 days. I am, particularly
interested in this because my height is just 5' 2" and whenever I
stand in front of some one taller than me I am filled with a
inferiority complex . previously I used to think that there is no
such medicines except you do some streching excercises in which the
development is to sluggish and often not noticible. I therefore ,
tried to find out the ingredients required to prepare this
preparation. But unfortunately I did not find the two herbs
described by gurudev namely 1. SARPAKSHI and 2. APOL ( refer to
muladhar se sahastrar tak).

If there is some gurubhai having exhaustive knowledge about
ayurved please be kind enough to send me the description of these
herbs and where I can get them from, or if there is any alternative
preparation in ayurveda texts related to increasing height with
herbs easily available.
