Default Trataka Meditation - 08-04-2009, 08:45 AM
Om, I have started doing trataka and need some more guidence. When i close my eyes i see the flame image but not as the actaul flame as it looks like. I see a brillent orange spot and see chakras or rings of various colours as i concentrate more on the spot. Are these sapta chakras? The problem which i face is the more i concentrate my breathing stops automatically and my stomach gets pulled in more and more, just like the way we do in Bahaya Kumbhaka. I dont know how to stop this. Is this unusual? When i stop breathing i feel my whole body is getting pulled upwards. Please guide me. I feel very good after doing it and its great experience.Om,
