Sorry it took me so long!

One complete mantra is : SA RE GA MA PA DHA NEE SA TA NA MA sung as if you
would sing an ascending major scale (Do Re Mi Fa So La Tee Do). The
meditation is described in Harmonious Communication by YB (last page). It is
for melody and precision of speech.
