Default YOGA TEA

Sat Nam everyone,

I always want to make my own yoga tea,so I got the
receipt off a box of Yoga TEA. I discovered that Whole
Food Markets and a couple of small Indian food markets
sells the ingredients.

My question is do you crush the ingredients or leave
them whole? The cardamon I got comes in green pods, do
you keep the pods or get ride of the pods.

My mother has COPD, Asama and authorities. I have on
several occasions attempted to get her to drink
golden milk for her authorities, but to no avail she
will not drink it. I gave her a Mudras for her
authorities to do and she does that on occasion.

I got her to try yoga tea and she liked it. After she
drank the tea she began to cought and started to
expels a lot of mucous, she is not upset about that,
because it seems to be clearing her lungs. She is just
getting over a cold too. She would like to know if the
coughing is a side effect of drinking the yoga tea.
Any information would be helpful.

PEACE LOVE AND ALL LIGHT

*Sat Nam *Sadhana Seva,*

Check out http://www.sahej.com/yogi_tea.html
for a really tasty and righteous recipe and info on why Yogi Tea is a good
thing to have everyday. Also this recipe is for a gallon, which makes sense
fif one plans to make it part of atheir lifestyle. Otherwise one ends up
counting out peppercorns and cardamom* pods by hand to make a few cups. More
response below.

I like to beat them up a tiny bit. You can use a rolling pin to break them
open just enough for the seeds to fall out. Some folks leave them whole but
most roll them open.

Too bad. Try blending it in a blender before you boil it and then sprinkle
with cinnamon! This makes it frothy, indistinct, and, hey, use a Starbucks
mug.
You can also use Almond Milk or Soy Milk. If you try Almond Milk look for
Blue Diamond brand as it has the body of a Moo or Soy milk.. It's under $2
at Trader Joes which is damn good. It does come with some sweetener added so
watch your honey input closely.

I gave her a Mudras for her
