Sat Nam Guru Ravi,
It took me a while to connect Rfarley with Guru Ravi Ha!
Thanks for your insight, and I should add, all of the responses I've
gotten on my question.
The truth is I can chant, I've done the 2.5 hrs for Yogi Bhajan's b-
day. But I don't do it enough. So when i do I have these questions
about whether I'm doing it enough or what.
I decided I'm doing ok!haha I also had some good advice from can't
remember, someone suggested I wasn't staying down in my
belly/diaphragm. I noticed that I was coming up into my throat as I
was trying to vibrate. It was wearing my throat faster.
Mudra and Mantra to Help Balance the Throat- 5th Body

are the eyes? I had left.
Putting out the tapas, good point. I won't overdo that.
Maybe you are chanting

--no i think I just need to settle in and experience me chanting. I
could be louder and more powerful but the dogs in the neighborhood
would probably start howling or barking. :-)
I believe I've been 'finding my range' and my limits.
As far as Barana Dham, I am holding the intention for that!! It was
a very blessed time, an awesome experience different from the other
teacher training I had in Austin, it was at a higher level.
Honestly I haven't had 'experiences' like that since my earlier
years with Kundalini yoga. I know Kathleen said she was driving
around in a stupor when she was running errands..hhahahaa
How are things in Midland? It sounds as if the whole region has just
discovered your studio. And what is Panchen Karma? I know there'a
Panchen Lama.
blessings, see you soon
