You have room for creativity on this, just get into you somehow without
cooking it.
You could add it to a protein shake, make a salad dressing, have some of
it on a piece of toast, pour it onto your Kitcheree (Mung Beans and rice
or Lentils), or into your Golden Milk. I am imagining you want to have
it with some other food and not just swallowing from a teaspoon, but I
am not sure. Yogiji wasn't real specific on how to do this.
