Hello everyone

Just the other day, I was having this experience on the noon time where I
keep seeing little light in everything I see with my eye.... very shining
and later in the afternoon I was reading and it seem like I was not there in
the room when everything just disappear and like in other dimension.... till
a sound on something dropping on the floor pull me back to where I am...

I wonder anyone one have those experience before or anyone can explain to me
why it happen?

I'm not good in my description... hope you understand what I'm saying..

The other day i witnessed reflective surfaces appear on the palms of
my hands, as though they were mirrors catching the sunlight.

This was very soon after firstly spending some time 'communing' with
trees in a forest, and thereafter being drawn into the vibrations of
a crystal i picked up in a shop (the name of which crystal at the
moment i can't remember).

Hope this helps? None of us are alone in our 'uncommon' experiences.

I have had some similar experiences with you since I first started kundalini
yoga. I have been seeing little lights in things around me, very often the color
of the light is blue. I told my teacher last year and he said that it is
probably my 3rd eye chakra being stimulated and getting ready to work! Also many
times in the cars' back lights at night instead of the usual light (red) I see
the whole spectrum of colours. Usually I also see people's auras...at least some
part of it. I guess that kundalini is starting to transform some parts of you,
like it does in all of us...making us live with the 100% of our human potential.
So don't worry too much about it...enjoy! These are nice experiences and they
make life a lot more magical, but they are the spice...the essence of
transformation comes really in the heart...and when it happens you'll know it.
