Sat Nam All,

I'm not sure, but I think I might have quite a major block in my Root
Chakra. I have been experiencing quite a few problems with my hips
(especially the right one), over eating (I fight to maintain control),
soreness and tenderness in the very bottom of my bottom - sitting bones? I
should also say that I can't seem to find my naval pulse anymore!?!? Where
did it go? I know that I have no major medical conditions to account for
any of this and I sense that it is my Root Chakra and possibly my Naval
Chakra.

I just got "Transitions to a Heart-Centered World...", but I still don't see
any particular sets to balance out the Root or Naval Chakras; unless I'm
missing the boat here. Help!....Please.
