Hello Christa, Mark, Krishan, anyone I missed..

"If anyone has any other tips that help, I would love to hear them."

Here's what I do:

First I really believe the KY makes the body many times more sensitive to
the low-level radiation coming from the PC.

1. Someone said (Christa?) get up frequently and walk around, good idea. Or at
least look away, turn away and read something or write something.

2. Maybe should be number 1, at home and work I use a lead lined computer shade
that fits over the monitor.

3. Drink Computer De-Stress tea, take eyebright and billberry

4. Relax and Renew pg 51 there are some good eye exercises, and pg 53 an eye
kriya. The exercises look like something you can do at your desk. Maybe
somebody can experiment with these and post the effect? I'll try them.

5. Use eyedrops frequently.

6. I've heard putting plants around the monitor, abosorbs the radiation into the
plants. Gourmet for plants?

Blessings

BRad

Look away from your screen every 10 minutes. Find a white spot to stare
at, or better yet, a beautiful view.

Blink a lot. We tend not to blink staring at monitors.

A yoga teacher once recomended never sitting down at the computer after
yoga/meditation. I can't always follow his advice, and sometimes wonder
if it's good advice.

Sat NAm Samantha,

Its like a second screen, that slips over the front and top of your monitor.

Cost is between 40$-$80. Practically any place that sells computers will
probably carry them. Don't get a cheap one though, the more expensive
ones are the ones with the lead coating. It'll say on the box.

I got mine a Fry's. When all else fails and your eyes or head hurt, just where
your
sun shades.

Blessings

Brad

Brad, the plants that work well around computers are spider plants
and jade plants. I have a spider plant that thrives sitting on my G4
tower.

Brad,

Do you use a screen on a portable screen?

Thanks,

Gian
