Default Sinus trouble??

I have been dealing with occasional sinus over-sensitivity. I have found that a
posture that helps a great deal. I have a kinesthetic
understanding of why it works but will not try to verbalize it. (2 clues: 1-
there are two areas of the body that have erectile tissue. 2 - sex
and success are inseparable) It is best to experience it through your Pranic
dialogue.
I like to do this right after or part of my wake up series.
Start by coming into triangle (aka downward facing dog). Really do it right.
Keep knees straight and a straight line between your butt, shoulders
and hands. Pushing into the floor in a perfect triangle. Now from this posture
raise left leg and right arm. Do for 1-3 minutes. Switch sides and
repeat. Relax and rejoice.

I had always noticed that when I had a certain kind of clarity of thought in
my feelings of attraction for the opposite gender, that my sinuses (and
face) would just open up wide. It was bright. Some mornings upon waking
would I feel the same way if I can see my day before me with clarity and a
kind of embracing....so I new there was something going on. A year ago a
therapist friend of my mentioned that part about sinus tissue being the
other erectile tissue and it my understanding just came together. It is the
sense of smell that is most closely tied with the limbic system of the brain
which corresponds to feeling and memory.

I think that if one gets frustrated or isn't supported in one's feelings of
arousal then the sinuses act up and that conversely it is very healing to be
in place where one can share or act on that arousal. You know it be
frustrating to want to be understood by others but it is much better to give
oneself understanding and support. I think the over-sensitivity and
stuffiness comes when somehow we are aggravated and that maybe what is left
is an emotional release. It is always best to pick up the child before he
cries, so when I sense that my sinuses are just a little off then I have to
listen and act quickly. Either start sharing my feelings completely or doing
some yoga. Coupled with homeopathic I have come a long way in the last year
or so.

It's just my lingo for being completely in my pranic and subtle body while
integrating my yoga experience as opposed to allowing my attention to be
somewhere else.

Thanks for being patient,
Dharam
