Dear Don and Huggie,

You are both on the right track. This is great. This is for both men and
women. I will write more later, just wanted to affirm both of you. The
transformation and upward flow of sexual energy is what KY is all about.

I explain some techniques in Sexuality and Spirituality www.yogatech.com.
Basically you have to work with this energy through the breath and rootlock.
It is subtle and takes caring and patience. This is the lifeforce that is to
be mastered. You can get other information in taoist teachings about
tantra, but the basics are in Sexuality and Spirituality. Also see the
lesson on the Locks or Bhandas. The exercise in the lesson is a basic one
to accomplish the rechanneling of sexual energy up the spine.
