I do not have credit cards either. You can still buy things found on
the Internet by sending a check or money order. I have purchased
Kundalini Yoga videos and books this way. It only takes a little bit

My latest purchase is Gururattan Kaur's book 'Transitions to a Heart
Centered World'. It is amazing how much information is in this one
book! I was also able to get "Kundalini Yoga: the flow of eternal
power" by Shakti Parwha Kaur Khalsa
through my public library's Inter-Library loan program. This is a
book I would like to eventually purchase and would recommend
especially for beginners like me.

I enjoy reading about the Summer Solstice experience! Thank you!

Dear Gururattan K. Khalsa
Thank you, again for you help. I was wondering if the things I have
been experiencing lately is common. Like when I was talking with you the
other day, I had so many things I wanted to say. today when I was at
school I had this guy helping me with my math. there was many things we
could talk about and had quite a wonderful conversion. then we started
talking about what I was working on and when I started to talk to him
about yoga, I had all kids of emotions running in me. and when I went to
say I have been learning kundalini yoga, we said it at the same time.
the filling I felt can be almost explained it felt like our spiritual
essence was dancing with each other and talking fast and intellectually.
It was one of the most wonderful experience. but like when I talked with
you, I felt like many things was being exchanged between us, but was not
to be place in words. When someone is learning, is feeling this energy
flow all right? I would be so grateful for some insight. thank you Nancy
