Re: Breathing
Hi John
I'm not sure what you mean by a "deviated septum". Certainly I have had
problems with my nose for years - partly due to sinusitis and partly due to
internal scar tissue in my right nostril following a car accident some years
ago. I could hardly breathe through my nose at all before I took up KY
(around 15 months ago). Now my left nostril is almost clear and the right
one is clearing slowly, although still quite restricted. I put it down to
daily practice of breath of fire. I have not noticed any cycling between the
two nostrils, so I have to pass on that question.
On a related point, I also used to suffer from fibrositis at the rear of my
neck, normally brought on by exposure to drafts. A few months of neck rolls
seems to have cured that. Wonderful what KY can do for you! ;-)
Sat Nam!
