Kundalini
HI,
I too practice Chi Gung and Kundalini/Hatha Yoga. A note of warning, whenever
I did Chi Gung and then did yoga I would get severly ill. The energy
generated I found was too much for my body to handle.
When I do Chi Gung I would do 5 minutes for each posture, and it would take me
about 30 minutes. Yoga would be a typical Sivananda Yoga session. Twice when
I did them next to each other I became Ill for the next three days.
But then it could be coincidence.
