Here is today's saying:

"In this Kali Yuga, God has blessed us with one golden
opportunity: to chant His name always. That is the most important thing we
have to do. When we've started this, do it like a diksha (vow.) Don't leave
this under any circumstance. Whenever you forget chanting, sit at the end of
the day and count the time in seconds-- how many seconds you've wasted-- by
doing that great Maharishi's count. Count it only in seconds."
