Default Gurukula abuse-it is al coming out

It's really pointless on posting this article on this public forum. I think
it will be nice if we nicely use our brain sometimes. This article is
already on public website, why reposting it here?

It's not a question of covering up for anybody. It's a matter of proper
utilisation of our time which is to develop Krishna consciousness and
encourage others to do so. This posting will simply inflame more
faithlessness in the minds of already doubtful people.

I absolutely agree. What is the use of yet another session of moaning and
whining about the past? And who can deny that ISKCON is not doing everything
in its power to right the wrongs?

And to those who are traumatized by their childhood in ISKCON I can only say
that it is not a good idea to let people trained in modern psychology mess
with your minds. Anyone who is not trained as a devotee in the psychology of
the three modes of material nature as explained by Krishna in the Bhagavad
Gita is not fit to guide anyone mentally. They'll just be part of the
cheaters and the cheated, just as anyone who seeks help from them will be.

There is only one way to get peace of mind in this age, and that is by
chanting Hare Krishna. All problems will go away by the chanting of the Maha
mantra, and there is no other way. This is emphatically stated again and
again by the acharyas, and it is also the experience of countless devotees
all over the world. Anyone who says differently is simply deluded by his own
mind.

These are the same excuses used by past leaders in ISKCON, to expose wrongs
is a good thing, I am not saying I absolutely agree with every thing this
Gurukuli has written but for those with a strong mind and fixed up KC,can
handle to
hear such constructive criticism that is spoken with everyone's welfare in
mind. Like no one wanted to accept that the 11 acaryas where not all that great

as they had posed themselves, it did not take away the glories to Sri Krona or
Serial Prabhupada, we should not be blind, Brahmans like Chanakya Pandita
could never be paid bribed or made to not speak the truth even if not
palatabel.Surely it is right of all ISKCON members to hear this devotees
complaints, if
someone is an uttama adhikari and will not want to see faults even when there
is some. The they better stay of the Internet all together, and chant and read,

Srila Prabhupada once chastised a senior devotee for not correcting nonsense,
this is not the middle ages of ISKCON where you can censor anything like
Harikesa and others did to run or with one of "his" own disciple and a handsome

amount of laxmi . Cheating is not allowed and certainly
not child abuse..if you can't handle it Isvara Prabhu go around Govardhana
and be happy in Vrindavan , these are not the corrupt days of Kirtananada or
Harikesa anymore.I guess something sensitive was said about some devotees in
Vrindavan??? That must be the cause of your over reaction if it is the truth
let
it be spoken. And in regards to Jahnus comment on chanting even in Kartika some
preach it is not good to chant 64 rounds every day....so much for inflaming
faithlessness even in the holy name, Prabhus if any devotee , of any caliber
tells you it is not OK to chant 64 rounds a day during Kartika do not listen to

him/her....this is real sraddha, it is time we stop educating devotees to
become brainless followers, that outside people think sometimes act like
zombies on
any whims a "senior"
devotee has...

Bhaktivinoda Thakura has written:
Forget the past that sleeps and ne'er
The future dream at all,
But act in time that are with thee
And progress thee shall call.
But tell me not in reasoning cold,
The soul is made alone
By Earth's mechanic lifeless rules
And to destruction prone.
My God who gave us life and all
Alone the soul can kill
Or give it all the joys above
His promise to fulfill.
So push thy onward march, O soul,
Against an evil deed
That stands with soldiers Hate and Lust--
A hero be indeed.
Maintain thy post in spirit world
As firmly as you can,
Let never matter push thee down--
O stand heroic man!
O Sharagrahi Vaishnava soul,
Thou art an angel fair;
Lead, lead me on to Vrindavan
And spirit's power declare.

We just had Tamohara in England, I asked if him if abuse is still
happening today, unfortunately it is. Also, if some individuals have
still not been brought to task for what they did in the past, then it
will keep coming up. Tamohara also told us the biggest mistake ISKCON
made was to try and protect the society when all the accounts of
abuse came out, not to expose the society, but it backfired big time,
hence the huge lawsuit.

Sometime devotees put things on public conferences because they feel
nobody is listening, sure now something is being done. Tamohara also
told us the guy who has taken the case of the gurukulis, Turley? said
of all the groups the Hare Krsna's have responded the best, by
admitting the abuse, setting up their own CPO etc, he said it on public TV!
