WinCOM uses Alt-Left, Alt-Right, Alt-Up, and Alt-Down as shortcuts for the
for arrow buttons (reference, comment, previous, next) in the text window.

With the German keyboard it's Ctrl-, and Ctrl-. although in the menu it says
Ctrl->.
