Announcment about Mayapur festival 2003

It was declared that during Mayapur festival 2003 there will be provision
for free accomodation for those devotees who can not aford for staying in
guest house.

But this affering is on condition that every one must book in adavnce . Last
date for booking for free accomodation was 31st January.
We request all devotees and leaders to inform all others about this. Because
we are getting lot of bookings for free accomodation. If we get any more
bookings then we will have to creat provision for that which will need some
time. That so why all devotees are request to cooperate with us by informing
us before 1st Feb. Otherwise we can not take any booking after 1st Feb.
Please inform this to all temle dev. and congregation devotees.
