Default for e-mail members of the conference only (not PAMHO or CIS members)

Below is a note I am passing on from the PAMHO SysOp.
ys,
kkd

Until now, when COM sent a text in a conference to the Internet, it did it
in such a way that if the receiver clicked "Reply", the reply has been sent
to the conference. This was convenient in most cases.

But it created a problem if the receiver of such a text did not want to
write a comment in the conference but wanted to write a new text to the
sender only and because he did not want to type the e-mail address simply
clicked "Reply". Also in this case the reply has been sent to the
conference.

Therefore from now on, if an Internet user clicks "Reply", the reply goes
only to the sender. If he/she wants to send the comment to the conference
also, he/she has to click "Reply to All".
