Bhaktivedanta Manor

Nestled in the Hertfordshire countryside, Bhaktivedanta Manor provides the
perfect setting for a spiritual retreat. Donated by the late former Beatle
George Harrison, it is dedicated to offering the teachings of ancient India.

Calm your senses with the sweet aroma of incense and the chanting of
Sanskrit mantras. See the unique lifestyle of devotees and taste the
home-cooked vegetarian delicacies.

Bhaktivedanta Manor is open all year round and offers a spiritual experience
you will cherish and want to take home with you.

with success in the 70's as a chart topping pop star in the "Rubettes" now
continues as a leading Musician/Therapist/ Composer and he takes you through
easy-to-do drum fun movements, voice and mediation. Bring your instruments

Doesn't matter, we promise you'll be humming, tapping and bopping to this

JULY

Sat 22nd Yoga Family fun day

You can have too much of a good thing and you'll be pleased we have a round
2 for another 'Yoga Family fun day' after its first run success in April.

Do you remember those endless pushups or some winter cross country run or
straining to pull your chin up over a bar that was three feet over your
head? PE (Physical Education time) you either loved it or hated it. Yoga is
a little more relaxed; and it is also a fun and healthy activity that can be
enjoyed by all the family. You don't have to be super fit or a supermodel,
any shape and figure, young or old, more and more are doin' it, so come and
join us for some exercise without all the puff and pant.
