The drama continues

The following text is a continuation of the unfolding drama in the melt down
of SR's organization. In this text DNd is answering a text written by Robert
Koch a former disciple of SP who long ago left his guru's mission. It is
pretty self explanatory.

The text after it is one in support of DNd by a neutral observer. It is
instructive.

Ask yourself who started all this, you and your group or me? While back I
informed Sanjay that few persons are willing to donate funds for annual fee
for www.sjvcusa.org and for federal income tax exemption filling for
SJVC-USA registered in NJ. Next thing I know same individuals who pledged
money now backed out because Laxmi and Brendan called them to lie to them
that SJVC-USA in my personal organization and that I'll use that money for
myself if they send me anything. Sanjay in his first blasphemous email to me
clarified that he was the one who asked Kusa and myself to setup SJVC in the
USA and that is not ours or mine organization that just happens to be called
SJVC. After that Sanjay told you to start your own organization and register
it separately from ours but instead of that you started picking on SJVC-USA
that you have nothing to do with. After that you put false and misleading
information on our web site and we have to tolerate that? When I updated the
web site with correct legal information (president, treasurer and secretary)
you started sending emails to all other mailing lists that I hijacked SJVC's
web site and started blaspheming me. Until that whatever differences we had
we were discussing on Achyuta mailing list on yahoogroups.com reserved for
SJVC gurus only. After you saw that I removed your info from sjvcusa.org you
just went mad and started blaspheming me on all jyotish related mailing
lists saying that I hijacked sjvcusa.org, which is how we unfortunately
ended up on Goravani Jyotish mailing list. If you didn't remove me from
varahamihira and vedic-astrology we could be discussing things there, but
since you don't want that SJVC students should know what silly things you
are doing you conveniently removed me from these lists.

Thank you for all your humble offences, it is always a pleasure to have a
word with a gentleman who is using such profound language to express his
gentle feelings about others. It certainly goes to your merit to use words
like this and I am delighted to meet a gentleman like your good self. I am
sure that your poetic language will certainly help to improve your image in
the eyes of others and it will solve all your problems. Let me tell you,
people know what is going on, who you are and what are you up to. Now you
are just confirming what they know by showing your true face.

I've been reading the posts back and forth between Sanjay and Dina.
Not in a single instance has Dina used swear words or threatened
anyone with physical harm. What Dina has stated appear to be
statements of facts, i.e. you charging fees for Joytish lessons,
Laxmi's ex-husband being convicted for drug and weapon charges, etc.--
If these are not statments of fact, you or Laxmi should rebutt them.
In fact, Sanjay himself has stated that you were charging fees.

You, however, have used swear words as well as threatened Dina with
physical harm.

Your mail itself goes on to show who's the righteous in this dispute.
Well, Dina was expelled for stating facts on the board, you however,
should be expelled permanently for using profanity and threatening
Dina with physical harm.

You post most definitely doesn't reflect that of someone who has the
character and temprament to lead SJVC-USA. I most definitely don't
want the CEO of an organization which I'm the member of use
profanities and threaten physical harm. You could become a serious
legal liability to the organization.

I don't know you or Dina or Sanjay personally or professionally. I'm
just an SJVC-USA member watching this drama. The reason I mention
this is because I want others on the board to know that I'm
completely impartial in posting my thoughts.
