Kashmir is very much of religious importance for Hindus as it has sacred sites there such as Amarnath which are visited by pilgrims. Kashmir doesn't belong to muslims, it belong to kashmiri's who may be of any religion. It you want to play the 'religious card' then Kashmir belongs more to Hindu because of it's importance of historical holy sites and muslims should go to mecca & medina in saudi arabia where their sites are located.
